Job summary

Hitachi Vantara Corporation offers a two-year Mt. Pleasant Job Rotation Program enabling early-career professionals to learn all facets of the Hitachi Energy Power Grid High Voltage business through rotating hands-on experiences in project and cost management, field and floor supervision, marketing, sales, procurement, supply chain and safety.

Participants rotate through assignments that progressively increase responsibility, mentored by senior staff, with potential progression into Procurement,

Qualifications

• BA/BS/MA/MS in Business Administration; Psychology; Communications; Marketing; Education; Computer Science; Finance; Economics; General Engineering or related discipline
• Candidate must already have work authorization to work in the United States for Hitachi Energy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
• Ability to understand and follow directions
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Outlook and Excel required

Responsibilities

• Product Rotation: support the Project Manager on assigned project tasks
• Demand/Supply Marketing or Marketing/Sales Rotation with senior team guidance
• General Rotation (Quality, HSE, HR or Finance) with senior support
• Field Service or Supply Chain Rotation with guidance
• Demonstrate Hitachi Energy’s core values and Diversity 360 initiatives
• Uphold safety and integrity in all actions
