HITACHI ENERGY USA INC is seeking candidates for the Mt. Pleasant Job Rotation Program (MP-JRP) in Mount Pleasant, PA.

This full-time program spans two years, offering rotating assignments across project and cost management, field supervision, marketing, sales, procurement, supply chain and safety. Participants gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and potential placements in procurement, marketing, sales, or manufacturing leadership roles after completion.

Qualifications

• Work authorization to work in the United States
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
• Ability to understand and follow directions
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Outlook and Excel

Responsibilities

• Product Rotation (DTB/PASS or PQP/SA or GIS or Ins. Transformer) Take direction from and support the Project Manager and on assigned project tasks.
• Demand/Supply Marketing or Marketing/Sales Rotation. Take direction from and support senior team members on duties as assigned.
• General Rotation (Quality or HSE or Human Resources or Finance) - take direction from and support senior team members on duties as assigned.
• Field Service or Supply Chain Rotation. Take direction from and support senior team members on duties as assigned.
