Hitachi Energy USA Inc. in Mount Pleasant, PA, offers a two-year Mt. Pleasant Job Rotation Program designed to build broad PGHV leadership by rotating through project and cost management, field supervision, marketing, procurement, and more.

Participants gain mentoring and hands-on experience, with potential moves into Procurement, Marketing & Sales, Project Management, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing supervision upon completion.

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Teams.
Work authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Product rotation across DTB/PASS or PQP/SA or GIS or Ins. Transformer, supporting the Project Manager.
Support senior team in Demand/Supply Marketing or Marketing/Sales rotations.
Support rotations in Quality, HSE, Human Resources or Finance as assigned.
Assist with Field Service or Supply Chain rotation duties.
Demonstrate understanding of Hitachi Energy’s core values: Safety, Client First, Integrity & Transparency, Collaboration, Innovation and Excellence.
