Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Mount Pleasant offers a two-year Job Rotation Program designed to expose you to project and cost management, field supervision, marketing, sales, procurement, supply chain, and safety. You’ll rotate through roles such as Procurement, Marketing & Sales, Assistant Project Manager, and Manufacturing Supervisor, building broad PGHV management skills.

Participants will rotate across DTB/PASS, GIS, Ins. Transformer, and other lines, with mentoring and hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• BA/BS/MA/MS in Business Administration; Psychology; Communications; Marketing; Education; Computer Science; Finance; Economics; General Engineering or related discipline
• Candidate must already have work authorization to work in the United States
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
• Ability to understand and follow directions
• Good time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Product Rotation across DTB/PASS or PQP/SA or GIS or Ins. Transformer; take direction from Project Manager and support assigned tasks
• Demand/Supply Marketing or Marketing/Sales Rotation; support senior team members
• General Rotation (Quality or HSE or HR or Finance) and support senior team members
• Field Service or Supply Chain Rotation; support senior team members
