Participants rotate through roles such as Procurement, Marketing & Sales, Assistant Project Manager, and Manufacturing Supervisor, guided by mentoring and practical experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education or higher in Business Admin, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, Education, CS, Finance, Economics, or General Engineering.
• Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Product Rotation (DTB/PASS or PQP/SA or GIS or Ins. Transformer) support the Project Manager on assigned project tasks.
• Demand/Supply Marketing or Marketing/Sales Rotation; assist senior team members.
• General Rotation (Quality, HSE, HR, or Finance) support duties as assigned.
• Field Service or Supply Chain Rotation; assist senior team members on duties.

General information:

The Mt. Pleasant Job Rotation Program position offers the opportunity to learn all facets of the Hitachi Energy Power Grid High Voltage (PGHV) business through rotating hands-on experience in project and cost management, field and floor supervision, marketing, sales, procurement, supply chain and safety over a two-year period. In this role MP-JRPs will be exposed to all aspects of the PGHV process through rotating assignments in a series of progressively more responsible positions. Mentoring and practical experience combine to develop PGHV management skills in an area of specialization. Upon program completion, MP-JRP participants may become Procurement, Marketing & Sales, Assistant Project Managers, Distribution, Supply Chain or Manufacturing Supervisor, etc.
