Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a materials coordinator to support the Power Grid Operations (PGO) organization on a 12-month assignment. You will help coordinate materials for transmission voltage class projects and ensure timely delivery to sites.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and knowledge of material acquisition, delivery, and supply chain concepts, with some exposure to Maximo and Microsoft Office. Hybrid schedule with in-office days.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating materials for transmission projects is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of material acquisition, delivery, and supply chain concepts.
• Familiarity with Maximo and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
• Utility industry exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all materials needed for transmission voltage class projects.
• Engage with stakeholders from PGO, Supply Chain, and vendors.
• Serve as the primary contact for materials constraints affecting projects.
• Support construction and maintenance activities for substation assets.
