Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the execution team within Transmission Planning & Power Systems Analysis and/or UIP, coordinating with MDs and leads.
• Provide expert technical guidance for transmission planning, distribution planning, and power systems analysis.
• Ensure staff levels, workload, and billable targets align with project requirements.
• Oversee project QA/QC efforts and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Collaborate with project managers and proposal teams to support business development.
