Job summary

GFT is seeking a Project Manager to join our team in a hybrid role. The position supports power transmission, distribution and renewable energy projects with a focus on reliability, sustainability, and efficiency.

Ideal candidates will have a B.S. in Engineering or Management and 6–10 years of PM experience in the power delivery sector, with strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of relevant project management experience in the power delivery sector.
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, execute, and monitor projects to meet stakeholder expectations.
• Develop proposals and negotiate contract scopes and fees with clients.
• Prepare and manage contracts and related documentation for clients, subconsultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Oversee project setup, including budgets, file protocols, and document control procedures.
• Develop project execution plans and work breakdown structures.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources and vendors; manage risks and change orders.
• Prepare project reports, invoices, forecasts, and profitability analyses.
