Job summary

Priority Power seeks a highly experienced Manager, Project Development – Grid Solutions & Early-Stage Engineering to lead a pipeline of utility-scale, natural gas-fired power projects. You will guide interconnection feasibility, grid topology analysis, and redundancy design for data centers, oil & gas, and other power-intensive sectors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in utility-class electrical infrastructure development, engineering, or project management.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering; licensure preferred or able to obtain.
• Familiarity with ERCOT, interconnection processes, IEEE/NERC/NESC.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and advance utility-class electrical infrastructure projects across generation, transmission, distribution, and storage.
• Conduct grid topology analyses to evaluate network configuration options and resiliency.
• Develop and manage project development schedules and budgets.
• Lead project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage contract obligations in key project documents.
• Lead technology selection processes and cost estimates for early-stage projects.
• Coordinate ALTA surveys and title reports delivery.
• Prepare technical findings, risk assessments, and scheduling summaries for go/no-go decisions.
