Job summary

Siemens Energy invites early career engineers to join the Engineering Career Acceleration Program (ECAP), an 18‑month rotational development track in the transmission industry. Tracks include Generalist, Manufacturing, Control & Protection, and Substation Engineering with rotations across Raleigh, NC and Richland, MS.

Participants gain exposure to transmission technology, project engineering, and business development while building a strong professional network and preparing for roles in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field by June 2027.
• Interest in electric grid transformation and power systems engineering.
• Willingness to relocate for rotations across US sites.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three rotational assignments across Raleigh, NC, Richland, MS, and other US sites.
• Learn fundamental engineering concepts and apply them to transmission-related projects.
• Gain product knowledge of grid technologies and interact with internal experts.
• Build a professional network and accelerate personal growth.
