Siemens Energy is offering an 18-month Engineering Career Acceleration Program (ECAP) for early career engineers focused on the transmission industry. Rotations span Generalist, Manufacturing, Control & Protection, and Substation Engineering with assignments in Raleigh, NC and Richland, MS, plus other US sites.

You will gain product knowledge, meet industry experts, and build a strong professional network while developing skills in electrical engineering, project management, and field service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (or related field) by June 2027.
• Genuine interest in the electric grid and its transformation.
• Willingness to travel and relocate for rotations across sites in the US.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an 18-month rotational program across multiple tracks (Generalist, Manufacturing, Control & Protection, Substation Engineering).
• Rotate through Raleigh, NC and Richland, MS with potential site assignments across the US.
• Develop technical and project skills to prepare for roles in engineering, project management, and field service.
