Participants rotate through Raleigh, NC, Richland, MS, and other US sites, gaining hands-on training, industry exposure, and mentorship to accelerate their engineering careers in energy transmission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Interest in electric grid transformation and energy systems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an 18-month rotational ECAP across Raleigh, NC and Richland, MS, and sites across the US.
• Gain product knowledge and learn the transmission industry's complexities.
