Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience delivering technical training.
• Experience with e-learning, instructor-led material, and training manuals.
• Proficient with MS Office and SharePoint.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into instructional programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills and process-following.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on and classroom training for international customers and partners.
• Identify training needs with SME and build product skills for INNIO’s Waukesha engine portfolio.
• Lead complex training design and development projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional deliverables across engineering and field service.
• Ensure instructors are prepared when new training products are released.
• Benchmark training tools and concepts for the Waukesha portfolio.
• Evaluate training outcomes and identify new training needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve training programs.
