Atlantic Detroit Diesel-Allison (ADDA) is seeking a Power Generation Sales Representative to join the Latham, NY team. The role blends generator equipment sales with planned maintenance and service sales, creating long-term customer relationships and a growing sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate will bring sales ability, technical aptitude, and initiative to pursue new business across commercial, industrial, medical, institutional, and government customers, with opportunity for uncapped

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college/technical education preferred.
• Experience in power generation or outside sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage a territory and sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and generate new accounts in the territory.
• Sell generator equipment and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Grow planned maintenance sales and develop service proposals.
• Maintain active sales pipeline and Salesforce records.
• Represent ADDA at meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
