Job summary

Air Centers of Florida is seeking a Large KW Sales Engineer to sell industrial power generation systems from 2.25MW to 4MW+ in Florida. You will leverage technical, organizational, and customer knowledge to influence and apply products, generating revenue.

You act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, from identification to contract execution and handoff, ensuring technically sound and economically viable power solutions that meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with 2–5 years in industrial sales.
• Proven success in managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain manufacturer certifications and undergo required training.

Responsibilities

• Identify and nurture sales opportunities for high horsepower power generation equipment.
• Develop and present technical and commercial proposals.
• Evaluate customer requirements to craft complete power generation solutions.
• Collaborate on system layouts, equipment configurations, and specs.
• Lead negotiations and drive opportunities to closure.
• Coordinate handoff to operations after contract award.
