Job summary

ACF, Inc is seeking a Large KW Sales Engineer for its Generator Division in Orlando, FL. This role combines technical guidance with strategic sales to apply power generation solutions from 2.25MW to 4MW+, ensuring regulatory compliance and financial viability for customers.

You will lead opportunities, develop technical and commercial proposals, and manage the full sales cycle from identification through contract execution and handoff to operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 2–5 years in industrial sales.
• Proven success in managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain manufacturer certifications and required industry training.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities for high-horsepower power generation equipment.
• Develop and present comprehensive technical and commercial proposals.
• Evaluate customer power requirements and design complete power generation solutions.
• Coordinate project handoff to operations after contract award.
• Lead contract negotiations and drive opportunities to closure.
