Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in outside sales and account management.
• Knowledge of power generation markets helpful.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop territory plans and achieve bookings and margin targets.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined territory plan to deliver bookings, revenue and gross margin targets.
• Develop and execute account strategies for top regional sites and related stakeholders.
• Grow market share by selling across product lines and upgrading key components.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate close dates, probability and margin visibility.
• Conduct regular site visits and coordinate with customers on outages and projects.
