Applied Industrial Technologies, Inc. in Lenexa is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow the territory by bringing in new opportunities and developing repeat business within existing accounts.

This will require that you call on engineers, contractors, project managers, and others to determine their needs and specifications through a consultative approach. You will achieve sales and profit goals, grow your network of engineers and contractors in your assigned territory, and sell

Formación

• Experience in selling to engineers, contractors and project managers.
• Knowledge of boiler/steam/water heating systems is a plus.
• Ability to identify solutions for project requirements in collaboration with customers.
• Hands-on involvement with steam boilers and water heaters is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales and profit goals by developing and retaining existing customers and by discovering new opportunities.
• Grow your network of engineers and contractors in your assigned territory.
• Sell engineered heating/hot water systems within the industrial sector.
• Conduct sales and service activities, develop strong customer relationships, identify product applications, and introduce new products and services.
• Organize and conduct product training sessions for customers.
