The role includes hands-on diagnostics, use of specialized tools, and thorough documentation of service activities. Candidates should have an apprentice-certified power generation or electrical technician background, a vocational diploma, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Apprentice Certified Power Generation/Electrical Technician (Preferred).
• Vocational diploma from a relevant technical institution.
• Current relevant electrical certification.
• Locally valid driving permit.

Responsibilities

• Complete preventative maintenance and basic repair activities on generators or components at customer sites with minimal direction.
• Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Apply specialized tools and documented procedures to diagnose and complete basic repairs; prepare required parts and tools.
• Complete required documentation (service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims).
• Complete training aligned with skill and business requirements.
• Adhere to Health, Safety & Environmental policies and report issues to supervisor.
