Responsibilities

• Establishes and develops productive customer relations and ensures prompt attention to customer needs.
• Diagnose and complete complex repairs at customer site using specialized tools and documented procedures.
• Perform preventative maintenance per schedules on power generation products in the field.
• Escalate unresolved issues to product specialists or supervisor.
• Coach and develop technicians and apprentices; may review repair plans and parts lists.
• Complete required documentation such as service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, and quality docs.
• Complete training in line with skill and business requirements.
• Maintain service vehicle and tools for cleanliness and operation.
• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety & Environmental policies and report issues to management.
• Communicate effectively to convey needs of different audiences.
• Focus on customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
