Job summary

Lake Superior Consulting, LLC seeks an Engineering Account Manager–Power Generation to lead key client relationships and drive growth in the power sector. You will translate client needs into defined project scopes and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver results.

You will manage multi-disciplinary accounts, develop bids, and guide projects from opportunity through delivery, aligning resources and milestones with client objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 7+ years of progressive engineering experience required.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams or complex projects.
• Strong project management knowledge and tools.
• Experience managing client relationships and/or strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship leader for assigned strategic accounts and develop long-term client partnerships.
• Develop understanding of client objectives, project groups, organizational structure, and decision-making processes.
• Identify strategic business opportunities within assigned markets and accounts.
• Translate client needs into clearly defined project scopes and partner with leadership to develop solutions.
• Balance multiple accounts and opportunities while ensuring high levels of client service.
• Monitor project health including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk; facilitate issue resolution.
