• 7+ years of progressive engineering experience plus leadership in projects.
• Power Generation experience is a plus.
• Strong client relationship and business development skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship leader for assigned strategic accounts and develop long-term client partnerships.
• Develop understanding of client objectives, project groups, and decision-making processes.
• Identify strategic opportunities within accounts and align with leadership to drive growth.
• Translate client needs into clearly defined project scopes with PM and engineering teams.
• Maintain proactive communication on progress, opportunities, and challenges.
