Lake Superior Consulting is seeking an Engineering Account Manager-Power Generation to lead strategic growth of key client accounts in the power sector from Minneapolis. You will partner with leadership, engineering teams, and project managers to identify opportunities and deliver projects.

The role demands strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to manage scopes, schedules, and budgets while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive engineering experience.
• Strong leadership and client-facing capabilities.
• Proven project management and business development skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead relationship for assigned strategic accounts and build long-term partnerships.
• Identify opportunities and translate client needs into defined project scopes.
• Collaborate with leadership and technical teams to deliver projects.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure scope, schedule, and budget.
• Monitor client and project health and manage risk.
