Job summary

Clarios in Oconee, SC (West Union) seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a diverse maintenance team across mechanical, electrical, and automation disciplines. You will drive reliability improvements, oversee corrective and preventive maintenance, and ensure alignment with Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and OEE objectives.

You will work closely with Production, Engineering, Reliability, and Maintenance Planning to eliminate chronic failures, optimize PMs, and maintain high workmanship

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.
• Working knowledge of PLCs and industrial controls.
• Experience with Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, and Reliability Programs.
• Knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, RCA, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Experience with CMMS systems such as SAP PM, Maximo, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians (mechanical, electrical, automation).
• Promote safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance reviews and support employee development.
• Allocate maintenance resources based on priorities and maintain high execution standards.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, environmental regulations and company policies.
• Lead investigations of equipment incidents and safety concerns.
• Coordinate corrective, preventive, predictive, and improvement maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Planner to improve PM programs and scheduling.
• Ensure PMs are completed on schedule and documented in CMMS.
