Job summary

Clarios, LLC in West Union, SC, part of the Oconee plant, seeks an Engineering Manager to drive manufacturing engineering and maintenance strategies for a 24/7 operation. You will directly lead 5-6 engineers, implement PLC-driven upgrades, and advance lean projects across battery component production.

This onsite role requires a BS degree in engineering, 5+ years in manufacturing leadership, and hands-on PLC programming skills.

Qualifications

• BSEE/BSME required.
• 5+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience.
• Experience with PLC programming.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engineering and maintenance strategies to improve quality, production, and reduce downtime.
• Directly manage 5-6 manufacturing engineers onsite.
• Lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and continuous improvement.
