Job summary

Clarios, a leading battery technology company, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for its Power Frame facility in the United States. You will lead a diverse maintenance team, drive safety culture, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize asset reliability and plant performance.

Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance activities, enforcing compliance with safety standards, and collaborating with Production, Engineering, Reliability, and Planning to reduce downtime and

Qualifications

Strong industrial maintenance background in a manufacturing environment.
Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.
Working knowledge of PLCs, industrial controls, and automated equipment.
Experience with Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, and Reliability Programs.
Knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, RCA, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Experience with CMMS systems such as SAP PM, Maximo, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians.
Promote safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate corrective, preventive, predictive, and improvement maintenance activities.
Partner with Planning to improve PM programs and scheduling.
Monitor maintenance backlog and ensure timely completion of work orders.
Conduct daily audits of maintenance routines for compliance.
