Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 4 years of machine maintenance and repair experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators).
• Must be a strong team player with a learner mindset and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on mechanical and electrical maintenance, repair, reprogramming and installation on production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair, adjust and maintain machinery to ensure reliability and uptime.
• Test and inspect grid regularly with operators and supervisors; identify quality and production issues.
• Troubleshoot general mechanical/electrical components and collaborate with vendors for repairs.
• Adhere to 5S, plant safety rules, and participate in safety and productivity meetings.
• Respond to after-hours maintenance calls as needed.
