Job summary

Clarios, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at our Oconee Power Frame facility in West Union, SC. You will lead a team of mechanical, electrical, and automation maintenance technicians, driving reliability, safety, and continuous improvement across all maintenance activities.

You will coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, ensure compliance with OSHA and NFPA standards, and partner with engineering and reliability teams to reduce downtime and cost while improving

Qualifications

Strong industrial maintenance background in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, and Reliability Programs.
Knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, RCA, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Experience with CMMS systems such as SAP PM, Maximo, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians.
Promote safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate corrective, preventive, predictive, and improvement-related maintenance activities.
Partner with the Maintenance Planner to improve PM programs and scheduling.
Ensure maintenance documentation and PM findings are properly tracked.
