Job summary

Bosch is seeking a senior professional to drive customer acquisitions in power electronics for electrified vehicles in the Americas. You will define preselling strategies and lead a cross-functional team across system, hardware, software, purchasing, and plant functions.

You will work with global development networks, align with commercial pricing, and identify market trends to sustain Bosch’s leadership in electrification. Strong collaboration and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in vehicle electrics/electronics and product development management.
• Experience managing international cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, assertiveness, resilience, and teamwork.
• Proactive, independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style.
• German language skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Acquire customers for power electronics projects in electrified vehicles.
• Define preselling strategy and engage stakeholders in the Americas.
• Lead cross-functional teams (system, hardware, software, etc.).
• Align pricing strategies with commercial teams to win acquisitions.
• Identify market trends, customer requirements, and competitor intel.
• Guide projects through development with global and local teams.
