Job summary
Bosch is seeking a Market and Business Strategy Manager in North America to support strategic planning, market intelligence, political consulting, and ecosystem strategy for the XC division. You will collaborate with regional leadership to translate market signals into actionable recommendations and drive growth.
You will lead a small team, partner with Product Management, and develop insights on automotive tech, AI, and mobility ecosystems, shaping regional strategy and global alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, Political Science, Public Policy, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, business planning, market intelligence, product management, marketing, or related disciplines.
- Experience developing business strategies and executive-level recommendations.
- Experience conducting market, competitive, or industry analysis.
Responsibilities
- Strategic planning leadership and development of frameworks, visualizations, and planning tools.
- Coordinate planning sessions with regional leadership and stakeholders.
- Track progress on priorities and identify risks and opportunities for leadership.
- Prepare executive strategy materials, business reviews, and inputs for global strategy meetings.
- Guide alignment of regional priorities with global targets and future business plans.
- Develop and manage a market intelligence program delivering timely insights to leaders.
