Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in power electronics design and development.
• Strong expertise in power conversion systems (DC-DC, AC-DC, inverters).
• Proficiency with circuit simulation and design tools (SPICE, MATLAB, Simulink, PCB design software).
• Solid understanding of power semiconductor devices (MOSFETs, IGBTs, diodes).
• Experience with thermal analysis, thermal management, and reliability engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize power electronics systems including DC-DC converters, AC-DC rectifiers, and inverter topologies.
• Conduct circuit analysis and simulations using SPICE, MATLAB, and Simulink.
• Lead technical projects from concept through production, ensuring specs, timelines, and quality.
• Perform testing, validation, and troubleshooting of power electronics hardware and control systems.
• Analyze thermal management requirements and implement cooling strategies for reliability.
• Develop and maintain design documentation and system architecture diagrams.
• Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams for system integration.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure EMC and safety compliance.
