Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or closely related field.
• 7 years of electronic hardware design and development experience.
• Hands-on schematic capture, circuit analysis, testing, and documentation.
• Ability to lead design reviews and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and manage hardware requirements for OEM customers.
• Define system and hardware architectures including power, EMI/EMC, and interfaces.
• Lead schematic design, component selection, and PCB layout guidance.
• Perform DFMEA, tolerance analysis, and design-for-manufacturing reviews.
• Develop hardware verification and EMC validation plans and traceability.
• Troubleshoot validation and manufacturing issues; drive corrective actions.
• Manage deliverables, risks, documentation, and release readiness.
• Collaborate with global teams, suppliers, and customers to meet targets.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to design standards.
