Job summary

Bosch is seeking a Systems Engineer to shape the future of electric drive systems for battery electric and hybrid vehicles worldwide, including passenger and commercial fleets.

You will coordinate system functions, lead requirements analysis with international manufacturers, and oversee release plans, testing, and commissioning on site. The role requires ASPICE-driven DOORS documentation and robust cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EE, Mechatronics, or Physics required.
• 4+ years of development experience in electric drives with vehicle manufacturers.
• Experience with DOORS for requirements and broad system knowledge; strong problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Systemic main point of contact for internal and external customers.
• Coordinate system functions and lead requirements analysis with international vehicle manufacturers; develop power electronics requirements; define release plans; monitor implementation and testing.
• Lead commissioning activities on site at customers and bring products to life.
• Act as central contact within development projects for troubleshooting.
• Perform system analyses using DRBFM, FMEA and Focus area matrix.
• Create ASPICE-compliant requirement documentation in DOORS and related customer docs.
