Job summary

Pike Corporation is seeking an entry-level team member to support our Engineering group in power distribution projects. The role blends office and field work, providing hands-on experience with design tools, data entry, and procédures.

You will learn project design workflows, participate in storm restoration activities when needed, and develop foundational technical knowledge under experienced supervision, reporting to regional leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some projects may require an associate degree.
• Strong data entry and documentation skills.
• Experience with GIS/CAD-related work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• On-site attendance required and no remote work; follow site procedures.
• Assist with development of project packages including drawings, material lists, estimates, and requisitions.
• Build technical field knowledge through training and mentorship.
• Provide regular project status updates and coordinate with internal/external partners.
• Participate in storm restoration activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized project documentation.
