Job summary

Schneider Electric in Dallas, TX seeks a Field Service Representative to install, diagnose, repair and maintain critical power equipment at customer sites. You will read schematics, coordinate with teams, and complete service reports to ensure safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or trade/vocational certification or military training in electrical-related disciplines.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics and knowledge of AC/DC power principles.
• 2+ years in field service repair and customer service with UPS systems or related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Pre-site startup, repair, preventive maintenance and field modifications of equipment.
• Collaborate with customers, electricians, sales partners and service teams to resolve issues.
• Complete field service and expense reports and data sheets; travel as needed.
