Job summary

Aston Carter in Corona, CA seeks a Customer Service Contracts Administrator to review and interpret customer contracts, purchase orders, and related project documents. You will enter orders in SAP, manage vendor setups, and ensure all contract requirements are accurately communicated and completed on time.

This 100% onsite role requires 2+ years in contract administration, ERP/SAP experience, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of contract administration or order coordination in industrial settings.
• Experience reviewing contracts, POs, terms, and related documentation in a commercial or industrial setting.
• 1+ year using an ERP system for sales orders; SAP preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing/construction environments, power distribution preferred.
• Ability to identify unusual or high-risk contract terms.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Effective written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders.
• Customer service mindset and ability to support internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts, POs, terms to determine requirements for projects.
• Document special contractual requirements and obligations.
• Elevate high-risk terms to internal reviewers before processing orders.
• Enter orders and project info in SAP translating contract needs.
• Verify and update SAP records after contract changes.
• Maintain customer and vendor setup info in SAP.
• Register and maintain portal profiles for customers and vendors.
• Maintain organized contract and order documentation.
• Coordinate requirements with internal teams to ensure compliance.
• Track outstanding contract requirements to completion.
• Support the team by reviewing RFQs and processing orders.
• Ensure data accuracy and high standards in administration.
