Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a contract administrator/paralegal to manage Corporate Sales contracting efforts. You will draft contracts, handle amendments, load deals in SAP, and maintain accurate data across departments.

Strong attention to detail and experience with SAP and MS Word/Excel are essential. The role requires a minimum of 4 years in contract administration or a related field, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Work Experience: At least 4 years of contract administration or paralegal experience.
• Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: SAP experience. Advanced level skill in Microsoft Word (tracked changes, macros, etc.). Average level skill in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Draft and amend contracts, load contracts in SAP, manage data in SAP.
• Answer contract questions from sales representatives and internal colleagues.
• Create contract proposals and amendments as requested by sales field members.
• Enter contract requests into master log and track activities.
• Enter deal specifics of the contract into SAP.
