Job summary

Fairweather is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our Arctic operations in Alaska. You will set up and enter completed agreements into Santos systems and convert contracts into SAP and Coupa formats, ensuring accurate data transfer and compliance with procedures.

You will work with Contract Specialists to maintain data integrity, load supplier price books, generate spend reports, and close contracts in SAP/Coupa according to policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or related experience

Responsibilities

• Loading of complex data sets into SAP, compilation of supplier price books and entry to appropriate system
• Update Contracting system and folders with required documentation, ensuring Santos Technical Standards are met and adhered to
• Translate contract details into requisition form for both materials and services
• Monitor spend against approved agreements and take appropriate action to address
• Prepare contract spend reports as requested
• Close contracts in SAP / Coupa in accordance with company policy
