Job summary

FFF Enterprises, Inc. in Temecula, CA is seeking a Project Specialist to manage SAP programming, pricing accuracy, vendor communications, and order management. You will support the Product Management Team with vendor setup and item setup while maintaining contract terms in SAP and TEAMS.

The role requires multitasking, strong communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on timely reporting and process improvements across internal departments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal/external Customers/management at all levels.
• Must have strong analytical skills and accuracy plus diligence to the task at hand.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be adept at multitasking, be detail oriented and dependable.
• Must be proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and have the desire and ability to take on new responsibilities and tasks.
• Project Specialists must have the ability to work with general supervision; ability to solve moderately complex problems; ability to work independently and make decisions based on guidelines of the job description.

Responsibilities

• Liaison and account management identifying any special requirements and working closely with internal and external departments to ensure that all processes for the management of these accounts are met.
• Continuously strive to improve processes and service quality to internal and external customers.
• Must work with sales reps, SDRs, product management, customer service, contracts/pricing, marketing, and warehouse to ensure alignment on expectations.
• Troubleshoot inventory and delivery issues and coordinate with internal operations and vendors to provide excellent service.
• Develop SAP programming needs with IT and ensure accounts are maintained per contractual responsibilities.
