Job summary

Jedson Engineering seeks a Project Manager - Power Delivery with a proven track record in Transmission and Distribution projects, handling lump sum or reimbursable work valued from $500K to $100MM. You will develop proposals, project plans, and execution strategies, while serving as the primary client interface and guiding the engineering team.

The role includes business development and mentoring, with ownership of project risk, schedule, cost, and delivery performance across multi-discipline

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required.
• 10+ years of project leadership experience in Transmission & Distribution.
• Experience with lump sum and reimbursable contracting and Project Controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals, estimates and business development proposals for clients.
• Deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and per contract requirements.
• Manage scope, cost, schedule, quality, risk and client communications.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate with account managers and leadership.
