Westwood Professional Services, Inc. in Lake Mary, FL, seeks an ambitious Project Manager - Power Delivery with 8+ years of civil engineering design and project management experience to lead complex design projects and mentor a growing team.

The role covers client relationship management, marketing, business development, and oversight of schedules, budgets, QA/QC, and contract administration to deliver on-time, on-budget results for power delivery projects across the United States.

Qualifications

• Manage the design and delivery of projects in a profitable manner.
• Demonstrated ability to lead design teams and coordinate resources.
• Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
• Experience bidding, invoicing and contract administration.
• Travel to project sites and other Westwood offices across the United States as needed.
• On-site work at the Lake Mary, FL office is required.

Responsabilités

• Work as a trusted partner for our clients.
• Oversee the technical execution of various projects.
• Develop project work plans and budget projections and effectively deploy resources.
• Review, interpret and act upon business metrics including utilization, backlog, work in process and account receivables.
• Prepare, maintain and coordinate schedules of multiple concurrent projects.
• Develop and track milestones to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Complete monthly project accounting and invoicing.
• Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures.
• Lead business development activities.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions.
