Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Program Director, Power Delivery Solutions to lead the delivery of engineering and professional services for major programs. The role will coordinate with engineering managers, section managers, and the PMO to optimize schedules, costs, and quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in Engineering with 10+ years of electric utility engineering experience, strong communication skills, and proven leadership in large, multi-discipline projects.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or closely related field.
• 10+ years in electric utility engineering or related programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of engineering and professional services on assigned program(s).
• Engage technical teams, review progress, and maximize program outcomes.
• Collaborate with Section Managers on engineering activities and resource management.
• Partner with PMO to optimize program management and issue resolution.
• Develop financial forecasts and coordinate with BD/AM on client initiatives.
• Support VP-T&S on special projects as assigned.
