Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Program Director for Power Delivery Solutions, located in the Washington DC area. The role leads engineering and professional services on defined programs, coordinating with technical teams to ensure schedule, cost, and quality objectives are met.

The incumbent will collaborate with Section Managers, PMO, and BD/AM to optimize delivery and forecast revenues, while supporting VP-T&S on special initiatives.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with 10+ years in electric utility engineering.
• Strong understanding of electrical, civil, structural and mechanical engineering as applied to power delivery.
• Advanced understanding of electric power utility industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent team building and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of engineering and professional services on assigned program(s).
• Engage technical teams, review progress, and maximize program outcomes.
• Collaborate with Section Managers on delivery and resource management; escalate issues.
• Partner with PMO to optimize program management and develop forecasts with BD/AM.
• Support VP-T&S on special projects as assigned.
