Bartlett & West, an engineering and professional services firm, seeks a results-driven leader to build a profitable Power Delivery engineering business. The role focuses on business and project development, staff management, and high‑level client positioning to grow revenue and relationships.

The candidate will develop strategies, pursue opportunities, and mentor staff while expanding Bartlett & West's footprint across markets. Travel is required to support clients and projects.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer license and strong leadership ability.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 10+ years in design, staff management and business development.
• Travel 10–15% with client-facing responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Positioning and client development to meet revenue and growth goals.
• Lead staff and manage engineering deliverables for projects.
• Oversee projects' scope, schedule, fees, QA/QC and invoicing.
• Analyze financial performance and report monthly results.
• Develop and maintain key client relationships and proposals.
