Job summary

Russelectric, a Siemens business, is seeking Field Service Engineers to support automatic transfer switch startups, warranty work and emergency calls in the Ohio area (Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati). The role requires hands-on service, strong customer focus, and willingness to travel up to 80%.

You will supervise safety and regulatory compliance and may expand project scope with clients. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in field service engineering for power facilities, plus knowledge of ATS

Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED.
3+ years experience in Field Service Engineering.
Experience with automatic transfer switch testing.
Reading schematics and blueprints for power control.
Valid Driver's license in good standing.
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Travel up to 80% to support critical power facilities.
Startups, warranty work, and emergency calls for ATS.
Provide technical support for field startups and preventative maintenance.
Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and laws.
Communicate with clients in a customer-service oriented manner; negotiate extra charges.
All work conducted in compliance with regulatory laws.
