Russelectric, a Siemens business, is hiring Field Service Engineers to support critical power facilities in Ohio. The role focuses on automatic transfer switch startups, warranty work, and on-site repairs.

Travel to client sites will be extensive, with emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction. Qualified candidates will have a HS diploma or GED, 3+ years in field service for power facilities, and the ability to read schematics and follow industry standards.

Qualifications

• Qualified, hands-on service-oriented technician for automatic transfer switch startups and maintenance.
• Experience with electrical power distribution and switchgear in critical facilities.
• Ability to read schematics/blueprints and follow codes and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform startup, warranty, remedial repairs, and preventive maintenance for ATS systems.
• Travel up to 80% to client sites in the Cleveland, Columbus and Cincinnati areas.
• Maintain safety compliance and high-quality customer communications.
• Coordinate with clients to scope work and manage project timelines and budgets.
