• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in field service engineering.
• Electrical power experience from low to medium voltage switchgear.
• Reading schematics/blueprints for power control and automation.
• Familiar with codes and industry standards.
• Strong client interaction and project management skills.
• Driver's license in good standing; US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites (up to 80%).
• Startups and testing of automatic transfer switches.
• Warranty and emergency support; preventative maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and laws.
• Communicate with clients to manage scope and changes.
