Job summary

Russelectric, a Siemens business, is seeking Field Service Engineers to support critical power facilities in the Cleveland, Columbus, and Cincinnati areas of Ohio. You'll work on automatic transfer switches, provide startup support, warranty work and preventative maintenance, and travel up to 80%.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in field service with electrical power systems, strong reading of schematics, and a proactive customer-service approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• 3+ years experience in Field Service Engineering and electrical power
• Experience with automatic transfer switches & testing
• Reading schematics/blueprints for power control
• Familiarity with codes and industry standards
• Strong project management and customer-satisfaction focus
• Valid Driver's license; US work authorization without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• On-call 24/7 availability with a cell phone
• Support static and non-standard automatic transfer switch startups
• Warranty and emergency response handling
• Contracted preventative maintenance and repairs
• Communicate with clients in a service-oriented manner
• Adhere to safety policies and regulatory laws
• Travel up to 80%
