Job summary

Herc Rentals is seeking a ProSolutions Sales Representative in Kings Mountain, NC to drive revenue in the designated territory by building strong customer relationships and delivering tailored solutions for pumps, generators, power distribution and HVAC equipment.

You will manage the territory daily, plan sales strategies, identify customer needs, present to decision-makers, coordinate new services with operations, and track activity in the CRM to meet or exceed rental revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience required.
• Experience in equipment rental, pump, power, or climate control markets highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Daily territory management to gain new accounts and meet revenue goals.
• Develop and organize sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Identify customer needs and coordinate with operations to fulfill them.
• Present to decision-makers and educate them on equipment offerings.
• Maintain CRM and report sales activity.
