Job summary

Southern Nuclear is seeking a PMO BI & Project Performance Analyst to develop dashboards, scorecards, and analytics that reveal project and portfolio performance. You will partner with PMO, finance, engineering, IT, and site leadership to translate data into actionable insights for executive decision‑making.

The role calls for 5+ years in BI/data analytics, strong Power BI and Excel skills, data governance, and the ability to communicate complex results clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• At least five years of BI, data analytics, or performance reporting experience.
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards and executive scorecards is required.
• Experience with data consolidation from multiple sources is preferred.
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and KPI reports.
• Analyze cost, schedule, forecast, risk, and portfolio performance data.
• Provide actionable insights for executive decision-making and portfolio health.
• Validate data, document logic, and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with PMO, finance, engineering, IT, and site leadership.
